We ship our adapters via royal mail 1st class.


Despatch times are usually within 24 hours of ordering during weekdays.  This may exclude public holidays etc.

Returns

Unsuitable Adapters


If a sold item proves to be unsuitable we will happily send out a replacement or give a full refund less postage.  The product must be in its original packaging and in the same unused condition it was sent out.

In the unlikely event one of our power supplies turn out to be faulty during their warranty period, please return and we will replace or offer a replacement.
